How “Reinventing the Wheel of SEO in a Blog” will effect your content? Content creation is King!
Blog and Content
How many different ways can a blogger reinvent the wheels of SEO in a Blog? In my case I must write about Internet Marketing (IM) and Search Engine Optimization (SEO). That sounds great, only after a while I wonder how many ways one can reinvent the wheel of SEO in a Blog.
The wheel has been around since the Stone Age. People used it as an ancient grinder and wheels on a chariot; the ancient people who created Stonehenge used carved wooden roller balls to move large objects, such as the blue stones of Stonehenge. Since then, we are reinventing the wheel. How many ways can one write about Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and how it works within the Internet Marketing Industry (IM)? Both SEO and IM are fairly new compared to the wheel; yet overused. This makes it a bit challenging to write a new blog about this subject, yet not to stumble on other similar blogs.
However, how would you introduce two people? One is an adult and the other a minor. The adult will be introduced first, then the minor. Internet Marketing is the adult in this blog. Search Engine Optimization, SEO, is the minor.
Internet Marketing vs. Search Engine Optimization! What are the components of Internet Marketing? Internet Marketing involves different sets of IM components. Yet, the majority of marketers agree that these components are essential:
E-mail Marketing, Search Engine Marketing/SEM, Search Engine Optimization/SEO, Web Analytics, Social Media Marketing/SMM, Affiliate Marketing, AdSense, Blogging, Online Advertising, and Social Media Optimization/SMO.
Internet Marketing Components
All of these components are within Internet Marketing; therefore, Search Engine Optimization is a part, yet not a whole, of the Internet Marketing industry. However, for the success of a website, one needs the essential SEO white hat guidelines to implement and create a fool proof way to upload websites on a content management system (CMS) such as WordPress.org. The SEO components includes:
Title, heading tags, keyword density, canonical URLs, permalink, unique relevant content, meta-tags, meta-description, alt-tags, image-tags, long-tail keywords, backlinks, social media, video, content management system, landing page setup, blogs and whiteboards.
Having these guidelines is important, yet, knowing how to use them is vital! For a business owner, running the company and micromanaging is a recipe for disaster. Time is valuable and outsourcing projects is dynamic to success! The time and skills spent on clients and markets is beyond replicable. The skills and knowledge to use Search Engine Optimization (SEO) guidelines by a professional will save immense time and money. As simple as it seems, implementing rules of the game and optimizing a website actually takes weeks, months and even years to really be a master in this trade. For example, this mastery cannot occur overnight, just as mastery of the rules of chess is a process, so is the mastery of SEO. Basic knowledge of Hyper Text Markup Language (HTML) and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS). The typical business owner would be best served by a professional in this field. The decision will enable the business owner to focus on business development. Therefore, Reinventing the Wheel of SEO in a Blog, can be a challenge and it is advised to hire professional in this field to save time and money!
